Statute glam.art
§1 General provisions
- GlamBOT.art [hereinafter referred to as the "Entrepreneur"] conducts service activities pursuant to these Regulations.
- The owner is GOLDEN SHOW SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ with headquarters: DYLÓW RZĄDOWY 112, 98-330 DYLÓW RZĄDOWY, NIP: 508-009-45-94, REGON: 382292475, KRS: 0000766418, tel. +48 603 821 257, e-mail: biuro@goldenshow.pl.
- The Regulations constitute an integral part of the contract concluded with the Client.
- The condition for concluding a contract is the acceptance of the Regulations by the Customer.
§2 Orders
- Orders can be placed via: www.glambot.art, e-mail: biuro@glam.art, tel. +48 603 821 257.
- The ordering party must provide data that allows for verification. The entrepreneur may refuse to fulfill the order.
- The terms and conditions contained on the website are binding at the time of conclusion of the contract.
- The information on the website does not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Civil Code.
§3 Payment methods
- The ordering party may pay:
- by transfer (“prepayment”) – details in the e-mail confirming the order,
- in cash – on the day of execution, according to the previously agreed amount.
§4 Order Execution
- The user using the attractions provided as part of the service undertakes to use the devices in accordance with their intended purpose.
- By using the offered attraction, the user consents to the processing of his or her personal data by the administrator.
§5 Availability
- The items of service are the property of the Entrepreneur or subcontractors and must be returned after the service is completed.
§6 Security
- The devices are not intended for people under the influence of alcohol/drugs or with balance disorders.
- Staff may refuse entry to individuals who are aggressive, intoxicated, or damaging equipment.
- Persons under 18 years of age – only with the consent and under the supervision of guardians.
- The entrepreneur is not liable for damages resulting from improper use.
- For any damage caused by the fault of persons using the equipment, the cost of repair shall be borne by the Ordering Party.
§7 Right of withdrawal
- The ordering party may withdraw within 14 days (Article 27 of the Act of 30 May 2014).
- The right does not apply if the service relates to an event with a specific date (Article 38, point 12).
- In the case of services with a voucher opened on time – withdrawal is possible on general terms.
- Information about the lack of the right of withdrawal is provided before the order.
§8 Processing of personal data (GDPR)
- Personal data is processed in accordance with the GDPR.
- Administrator: GOLDEN SHOW SP. Z O.O., e-mail: biuro@goldenshow.pl.
- Processing on the basis of Article 6(1)(a), (b), (f) of the GDPR.
- Data processed for the purpose of contract execution, marketing, security, and analytics.
- The administrator ensures data encryption, access control, and documents incidents.
- Data breaches are reported to the Personal Data Protection Office within 72 hours.
- The user has the right to access, transfer, delete, object, limit, and withdraw consent.
- The Ordering Party has the right to access, transfer, delete, object, limit and withdraw consent.
- Data is stored for the time necessary to achieve the processing purposes.
§8a Data Protection Officer (DPO)
- The contractor has appointed a Data Protection Officer.

- DPO operates independently and has an advisory role.
§9 Intellectual property
- Materials (videos, photos, descriptions) published in the media and on the website are the property of GOLDEN SHOW.
- The ordering party may use the materials only for marketing purposes, after the order has been completed and the user has given his consent.
- The Entrepreneur is not responsible for the materials made available online by users, including their content, legality and publication rights; the Ordering Party bears sole responsibility in this respect.
§10 Entry into force and amendments to the Regulations
- The Regulations are effective from the date of publication on the website, April 5, 2025.
- Changes are effective from the date of publication.
- For contracts concluded earlier, the version on the date of their conclusion applies.
- Previous versions of the regulations are available for viewing on the website www.glam.art.
Definitions of the Regulations
- Ordering Party - a natural person or business entity ordering the performance of a service at a specific place and time.
- User - a person or group of people using the selected attraction.
